Positioning unit

The positioning unit is a kind of movable buffer plate against which pallets can roll. The unit is mounted between two rollers, and is retracted at rest. Its operation is electro-pneumatic, allowing the plate to extend when the cylinder is steered.
The unit consists of a steel plate holder between which an aluminum plate is guided. The aluminum plate is raised by the compressed air cylinder and then extends above the rollers.
