Chain corner transition conveyor

This corner transfer is a movable chain conveyor that can move full pallets from one, to the other roller conveyor. Three chains are raised by means of compressed air cylinders, causing them to protrude above the rollers. A 3-phase asynchronous motor drives the chains that then moves the pallet.
The angle transition is mounted under the pallet roller conveyor where the chains then extend between the rollers.
The construction consists of a tubular chassis on which three chain conveyor units are placed through six compressed air cylinders. These three units are driven by one motor, the up and down movement is controlled by a 5/3 valve.
